Renaissance: Challenges & Prospects of New Normal of Life in Various Spheres Surviving the Covid -19 Pandemic Era

Introduction:

CHRIST (Deemed to be University) is a multi-disciplinary University which focuses on teaching research and service and offers programmes from Bachelors to Doctoral degrees in humanities, social sciences, science, commerce, management, engineering, education, and law to over 25000 students. The campus is a living example for the harmonious multiculturalism with students from all the states of India and around 60 different countries. One of the first institutions in India to be accredited in 1998 by the NAAC, and subsequently in 2004 and 2016, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) has the top grade ‘A’ in the 4-point scale.

School of Business and Management, CHRIST (Deemed to be University) located at Bannerghatta Road Campus, Bangalore was established in the year 2016. It offers Bachelors, Masters, MPhil and Doctoral Programmes in Humanities, Social Sciences, Business and Tourism Management.

About the Conference:

Renaissance means resurgence and rebirth. Life has continuously outgrown and evolved through the pandemic phase which has created a drastic revolution to various spheres of life and various sectors in the economy. To put it more appropriately it’s like a revival that has touched all components of the human life as we have continuously survived and are thriving to survive the challenges and changes that the pandemic has taken us through. Change, endurance and development have found their place in people’s personal lives, the society, institutions, industry and the economy as a whole. The proposed online conference is an interdisciplinary summit which aims at uncovering research that has been able to explore and deduce inferences, outcomes, facts and ideas on the new normal of life that the world is trying to adopt with the new challenges and prospects that it is trying to offer.

  • Last date for Abstract Submission: 20th July 2021

  • Last date of intimating the abstract acceptance: 22nd July 2021

  • Last date for full paper submission: 27th July 2021

  • Last date for announcing the acceptance of papers: 2nd August 2021

  • Conference Dates: 6th and 7th August 2021.

Registration Fees including GST: (The below fees is applicable & same for both Indian and Foreign participants)

  • Fee for Faculty: Rs.500

  • Fee for Research Scholars: Rs.500

  • Fee for people from industry: Rs.500

  • Fee for Students: Rs.300

Best Paper Awards:

There would be three papers qualifying for “Best Paper Certificate” selected from the either category of Faculty/Research Scholars/Industry Researchers and two papers qualifying for “Best Paper Certificate” from the Students Category.

All presenters who would be presenting their papers in the conference will qualify for the E-Certificate for “Paper Presentation”.

Publication:

Selected papers from the conference shall be published as a conference proceedings by Springer, subject to the review process of the conference organizers and Springer’s own review practices.

  • The accepted abstracts of papers proposed to be presented under the themes of Business and Management as well as Tourism Studies will be notified to the authors through email and the authors need to thereby make the online payment though the following link-

  • Once the payment has been made kindly email us the receipt copy as an attachment on the following email id:

  • Mention your full name, your paper title and abstract in the mail.

  • Papers submitted to the conference must not have been previously published in any other conference, seminar etc.

  • The abstract should not be more than 200 words and the full paper should be around 5000 to 7000 words.

  • The write up should be of 12 font size Times New Roman font on MS Word, with two line spacing. Tables, illustrations, charts, figures etc should be alphabetically arranged.

  • All papers received will be subjected to blind review.
